1. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to track your order on our delivery partner’s website.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours on our mail info.tumrani@gmail.com  of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we deliver only within India. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
