1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance sale items.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
