1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Customized or personalized products.
Clearance sale items.
3. Return Process

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

5. Exchanges
